Description

This acv and cranberry juice detox drink is refreshing, easy to make, and a natural way to support digestion, metabolism, and hydration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 6 oz filtered water

Instructions

1. Combine cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice in a glass.

2. Top with six ounces of filtered water.

3. Stir well and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
  • Add cinnamon or stevia to adjust the flavor if desired.
  • Use raw, unfiltered ACV with the ‘mother’ for maximum benefit.
