Ingredients

- 1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 6 oz filtered water
Instructions
1. Combine cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice in a glass.
2. Top with six ounces of filtered water.
3. Stir well and enjoy immediately.

- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
- Add cinnamon or stevia to adjust the flavor if desired.
