Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered with the mother)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 cup warm or room temperature water

Instructions

1. In a glass or jar, combine the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

2. Add honey or maple syrup.

3. Pour in water and whisk or shake well.
