Lemon and apple cider water is a simple, refreshing drink that supports digestion, boosts hydration, and may help regulate blood sugar when enjoyed consistently.


Ingredients

  • 13 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
  • Ice Cubes
  • Water

Instructions

1. Fill a 16 oz. glass or mason jar with ice cubes.

2. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

3. Top with fresh cold water.

4. Stir well and enjoy immediately.
