- 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm leaves or 3 tablespoons fresh
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Boil the filtered water until gently rolling.
2. Add lemon balm to a heat-safe mug or jar.
3. Pour hot water over the leaves and cover.
4. Steep for 10–15 minutes.
5. Strain out the leaves and let cool to room temperature.
6. Add lemon juice and honey if using.
7. Stir well, pour over ice, and garnish with lemon slices.
