Instructions
1. Fill a glass with cold or ice water.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
3. Stir until the salt is mostly dissolved.
4. Add lemon juice for flavor and vitamin C if desired.
5. Drink first thing in the morning or 20 minutes before meals.
