Description
The Pink Salt Trick Recipe is a natural, mineral-rich drink made with Himalayan salt, apple cider vinegar, and warm water. It supports digestion, hydration, and morning clarity.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup filtered water (for concentrate)
- 4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup filtered water (for daily use)
Instructions
1. Fill a jar with 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt and 1/2 cup filtered water.
2. Seal the jar and let it sit for 12–24 hours to form a saturated salt solution (sole).
3. In the morning, add 1 teaspoon of sole (or 1 tsp pink salt) to a glass of warm or room-temperature water.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
5. Optional: Mix in lemon juice or 1 tsp raw honey for taste and extra benefits.
6. Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
- Use a glass or wooden spoon when preparing, sole metal can react with salt.
- Drink it first thing in the morning for best results.
